Added a pre-built executable (v1.0.0) for those who wish to bypass the compilation step.

Maps German characters to ASCII-compatible equivalents (e.g. ä => ae, ß => ss) and sanitizes input of prohibited characters and consecutive whitespaces that are prone to throw the program into an infinite loop.
