This program was inspired by an r/SomebodyMakeThis post titled "An RGB strip around the corner of windows screen".

All the program does is display a persistent, on-top, click-through rainbow inset overlay on your screen.

It can be closed by clicking the tray icon.

The source code on Github can be found here.  It uses Rust, Sciter, & AutoHotKey.
