AnimIcon

This allows changing the icon of any window to any animation you want! 

The frames must be in .ico format.  Dancing parrot icons are included for testing purposes, along with a demo C++ project ... try animating the icon of an open Notepad window!

The DLL exposes a function that looks like this:
